Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable CCTV Purchaser to manage procurement of CCTV, ELV, and security system materials. The role involves vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure CCTV cameras, NVR/DVRs, storage devices, cables, power supplies, network equipment, and ELV accessories.
- Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with project specifications, SIRA standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers, site teams, and warehouse for material requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time availability of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, price lists, and supplier databases.
- Monitor market trends and recommend cost-effective alternatives where applicable.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality problems, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related technical field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of procurement experience in CCTV/ELV/security systems.
- Strong knowledge of major CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Axis, etc.).
- Understanding of SIRA requirements and ELV system components.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/Purchase software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
