CCTV & Security Systems- Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our CCTV and Security Systems company in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the local security systems market, a strong existing client database, and proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of CCTV and security systems solutions, be fluent in Arabic, and possess the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the CCTV, security, and ELV sectors
  • Leverage existing client database and professional network to generate immediate sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, consultants, and government/private sector entities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in CCTV, security systems, access control, surveillance, and ELV solutions within Qatar
  • Existing active client database in Qatar market is mandatory
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control
  • Time Attendance Systems
  • Video Intercom
  • Intrusion Alarm Systems
  • Structured Cabling / ELV solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  • Transferable visa / NOC preferred

  • Monthly / quarterly sales target achievement
  • New client acquisition
  • Revenue growth
  • Client retention
  • Conversion rate from leads to closed contracts
