Job Title: CCTV Technician

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Technician to install, configure, and maintain surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV systems, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including Ajman Police requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems (analog and IP-based).

· Able to do cable laying, termination, and system integration.

· Configure DVRs/NVRs, cameras, and remote viewing systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and connectivity issues.

· Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.

· Ensure systems comply with Ajman Police and UAE security regulations.

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

· Coordinate with engineers and project teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of IP cameras, networking, and video management systems.

· Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches).

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.

· Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Preferred Skills:

· Experience with structured cabling and ELV systems.

· Knowledge of access control and intercom systems is an advantage.

· Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) works.

· Understanding of Civil Defence and Police approval processes.
