CCTV/ELV Technician

• Install, configure, test, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, Structured Cabling etc
• Perform ELV works strictly in compliance with MOI regulations, QCDD guidelines, and project-approved drawings.
• Install MOI-approved CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, storage, and networking components.
• Ensure proper labeling, cable management, grounding, and termination as per industry standards.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including preparation of as-built drawings and test reports.
• Coordinate with ELV Engineers, Project Managers, and Civil/Electrical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Attend MOI inspections and support approvals, rectifications, and compliance requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems under AMC contracts.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize system downtime.
• Follow site safety rules, company policies, and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site materials responsibly.
