What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on over-the-road (OTR) routes.
- Deliver freight on time while following all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
- Transport 100% no-touch freight and complete pickups/deliveries efficiently and courteously.
- Plan trip routes and manage hours-of-service (HOS) compliance using ELD systems and best practices.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding load status, delays, and ETA updates.
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs to keep equipment road-ready.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip paperwork, and delivery documentation (electronic and/or paper).
- Follow company policies for safe driving, cargo securement (as applicable), and accident/incident reporting.
Pay & Earnings- Starting Pay: $0.55–$0.63 CPM (based on experience and qualifications).
- Stable Miles: Average 2,200–2,500+ miles per week for consistent earnings.
- Performance Growth: Bi-annual pay reviews to recognize experience and performance.
Additional Compensation- Orientation pay (~$250).
- Vacation pay (~$1,000).
- Layover pay and stop-off pay—your time is compensated.
- Referral Bonus: Earn up to $2,000 per referred driver (no cap).
Equipment & Route Details- Late-model fleet: 2021 or newer trucks.

Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)- Valid Class A CDL.
- Age 21 or older.
- Minimum 6 months of OTR or Regional driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and strong safety focus.
- Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements, including drug and alcohol screening and background checks as applicable.
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tractor-trailer in varying weather, traffic, and road conditions.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) and modern in-cab technology.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven history of on-time performance and safe driving recognition.
Work Environment & Physical Expectations- OTR driving with extended time on the road and varying schedules based on freight needs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, enter/exit the cab frequently, and perform vehicle inspections (bending, reaching, climbing).
- Commitment to safe, distraction-free driving and adherence to company policies.
