Pay

• Average Weekly: $1,500 - $1,700
• Annual: $75,000 - $100,000
• Top Performers: $2,000+/week
• Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
• Backhaul Pay: $70
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop
• Training Pay: $150 per day (2 day ride along)

CPM by Experience

0-11 months: $0.82/mile

12-23 months: $0.83/mile

24-35 months: $0.84/mile

36+ months: $0.85/mile

Home Time: Home 3-4 times per week

Freight

100% touch freight - live unload

Running Area: IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, KY

Shifts and workdays vary based on delivery schedule

Equipment

International and Freightliner

Truck must be parked at Markham Terminal or Joliet DC

No home parking

Key Requirements

Patience and strong customer service skills required

Physically demanding - stacked freight with safety training
