CDL Truck Driver

Basic Qualifications
· Clean CDL A with ability to operator MANUAL TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT
· Certified to operate a fork lift
· Ability to read and understand purchase orders, bills of lading and all paperwork associated with shipments.
· Ability to lift and carry merchandise (up to an approximate weight of 50 pounds, although not limited to 50 pounds)
· Ability to frequently bend, stoop and reach in order to stock inventory, service customers, and maintain a clean work area.
· Ability to climb a ladder or “step up” to stock and/or count inventory in overhead areas
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Ability to stand/walk for up to eight hours (short breaks provided throughout the shift)

Minimum Requirements
· Clean commercial drivers license
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations by using good judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
