Key Job Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and, in some cases, fresh juices or breakfast items. This includes grilling, frying, and assembling items based on specific customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet company standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, slicers, toasters, and warmers.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation (cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking) in compliance with health regulations.
  • Inventory & Waste Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels, ensure proper storage (temperature control), and record food waste.
  • Efficiency & Teamwork: Work efficiently during high-volume periods, often collaborating with other kitchen and front-of-house staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
