We are seeking a talented CDP – Healthy Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook healthy cuisine dishes according to recipes and company standards.

Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

Handle daily food preparation efficiently.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Stay updated with healthy food trends and nutritional practices.

Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels.
Requirements:

Previous experience as CDP in Healthy Cuisine or similar role.

Good knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, nutrition, and ingredients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Team player with good communication skills.

Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
Preferred:

Experience in healthy restaurants, meal prep kitchens, or cloud kitchens.
