CDP - Healthy Cuisine

We are seeking a talented CDP – Healthy Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook healthy cuisine dishes according to recipes and company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Handle daily food preparation efficiently.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Stay updated with healthy food trends and nutritional practices.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as CDP in Healthy Cuisine or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, nutrition, and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Preferred:
  • Experience in healthy restaurants, meal prep kitchens, or cloud kitchens.
  • Knowledge of calorie-conscious, high-protein, vegan, gluten-free, or diet-based meal preparation.
