About the Role
The role involves overseeing network operations and ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing the business value of customer networks through effective project management and consulting capabilities.
Responsibilities
:

General owner of network operation.

Be responsible for overall operation planning (value objective setting, scope, and key milestones), project-based operation management, and value objective closed-loop management.

Invoke business and network consulting capabilities to identify customers' business and network issues, match solutions, and promote the implementation of solutions to maximize the business value of customer network.

Ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve a win-win situation between Huawei and customers.
Qualifications
:
-
Communication engineer degree, with 8+ years of experience in CEM Domain.

Have at least 4 years in CEM leading positions.
-
Have operation project experience.
-
Aware of existing network key technical features/solutions.
-
Be familiar with SmartCare solutions and UC.
-
Have good knowledge on project management techniques.
Required Skills

Strong communication skills.

Technical knowledge in CEM and network solutions.
Preferred Skills
:

Experience with SmartCare solutions.

Leadership experience in CEM.
