We are looking for a motivated Center Director for our Austin clinic — someone who is passionate about patient care and excited about developing leadership skills. Whether you're early in your career or ready for your next step, we provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

Compensation:

• $130,000 base salary, plus RVUS paid quarterly, and $400 each Saturday worked adding in $6400 on base.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–5 clinic staff members
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance
• Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required)
• Active DEA registration (if you do not have one, we will reimburse you for obtaining)
• A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation

Schedule:
We have floats to cover PTO and ensure we keep you to 40-41 hours a week.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks

Training:

• Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday
• First three days virtual (Microsoft Teams)
• Remaining sessions in person at our Austin clinic
