Role Summary:
The Central Head cum IVF Financial Counsellor will oversee the financial counselling operations across all IVF centres under the group, ensuring transparency, patient trust, and effective revenue management. This role combines financial counselling for IVF patients with leadership responsibilities to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the central point of coordination for all financial counselling teams across centres.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial counselling.
- Train, mentor, and supervise centre-level financial counsellors.
- Work closely with senior management to design patient-friendly financial schemes and packages.
2. Financial Counselling for IVF Patients
- Guide patients and their families on IVF treatment costs, payment structures, financing options, and package inclusions/exclusions.
- Provide transparent counselling on refund policies, instalment plans, and insurance coverage (if applicable).
- Address patient concerns with empathy while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
3. Revenue & Compliance Management
- Ensure accurate cost estimation, billing, and collection for IVF cycles and related procedures.
- Monitor revenue performance of IVF units and report to management.
- Ensure all centres adhere to ethical financial counselling practices and regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential revenue leakages and implement corrective measures.
4. Communication & Patient Relationship
- Build strong rapport with patients to ensure financial clarity and trust.
- Serve as a grievance redressal point for financial disputes.
- Work with doctors, embryologists, and administrative staff to align financial counselling with clinical treatment plans.

- In-depth knowledge of IVF treatment processes and cost structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Empathy and patience in handling sensitive discussions with patients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage revenue and financial issues.
- Proficiency in healthcare financial management systems/software.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Certification/diploma in counselling (preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in healthcare financial counselling, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in IVF or fertility clinic financial operations is highly desirable.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Patient satisfaction scores regarding financial counselling.
- Accuracy of financial estimations vs. actual billing.
- Revenue growth and collection efficiency across centres.
- Reduction in patient financial grievances.
- Standardization and compliance adherence across all IVF centres.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
