Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the clinic, including staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
  • Oversee systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
  • Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
  • Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Provide training and support for staff on systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
  • Works as an effective team member in a multidisciplinary team
  • Enforce policies and oversee the staffs’ compliance to policies
  • Creates an efficient work environment by fostering strong communication between medical staff and non-medical staff
  • Support and supervise the team to ensure goals are achieved
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
    • Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in UAE
    • In-depth knowledge of MOH regulations and billing processes
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving operational excellence
