About the Role

A leading semi-government entity in Dubai is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to support business development and client engagement. This position is exclusively open to Emiratis , in alignment with Emiratisation efforts and local hiring regulations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across strategic business areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key client relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking
  • Assist in preparing proposals, sales reports, and business presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
