As a Centre Manager at Cloud Spaces, you will oversee all aspects of the business center's operations, leading your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve commercial success. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who enjoys running a center as their own business within the framework of an established and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including all sales details and client agreements.
- Ensure the center's floor map and occupancy data are consistently updated.
- Ensure all agreements are properly executed by clients and the General Manager.
- Review and analyze monthly profit and loss statements, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Track performance against previous months and years, maintaining a clear understanding of ongoing and forecasted results.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver an outstanding experience for all clients, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Ensure new clients receive full support throughout their onboarding and settling in process.
- Train and guide your team on client engagement and welcome procedures.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for value added services.
- Respond to all client queries and concerns within 24 hours.
Operations Management
- Oversee accurate client setup, ensuring all agreement details are correctly entered.
- Manage rent reviews, renewals, and system entries for accuracy and automation.
- Monitor daily operational processes and ensure correct billing practices.
- Conduct recurring charge audits twice a year.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of client invoices by the 1st of each month.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Background in retail, hospitality, coworking, or a related customer focused industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
