Center Manager

About the Role:

As the Mathnasium Center Manager in Bryan, TX, you will lead a team dedicated to transforming students' math skills and confidence. Join us in creating a fun and engaging learning environment that makes a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Mathnasium center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of instructors, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Implement and maintain effective instructional programs and tutoring strategies.
• Engage with parents and students to communicate progress and address concerns.
• Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and improve outcomes.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized center environment for students and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in an educational or customer service/sales setting preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance student learning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
• You must be available to work Saturday mornings during the school year
