Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Center Manager to lead and manage our training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both B2C and B2B sales, overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the center operates as a profitable business unit. This role demands strong leadership, marketing acumen, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive concept and solution-based sales in both B2C and B2B segments, including colleges, corporates, and universities.
- Manage and lead teams across Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Technical departments.
- Operate the center as a Profit Center, with a focus on revenue generation and cost optimization.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Implement and monitor processes, maintain documentation, and ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Mentor and guide the team to align with business goals and ensure skill development.
- Having a basic understanding of software programming languages will be considered an added advantage (Not Mandatory).

- Achieve Month-on-Month Profitability by effectively managing all canter operations.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations through quality service and innovative solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of operational and performance reports.
