Central and Split Air Conditioning Technician

We are looking for experienced Central and Split Air Conditioning Technicians to join our team and work on the installation and maintenance of central and split air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of Air Conditioning Systems:

o Install central and split air conditioning units, including indoor and outdoor units, ducts, and pipes.

o Prepare and set up sites according to installation requirements, ensuring that equipment is compatible with engineering plans.

2. Preventive and Routine Maintenance:

o Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of units to ensure efficient operation.

o Clean filters, monitor refrigerant levels, and adjust systems as needed.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

o Identify and efficiently repair faults and technical issues in air conditioning units.

o Replace damaged parts such as compressors, fans, valves, and other components.

4. Testing and Inspection:

o Test air conditioning units after installation or maintenance to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.

o Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential problems.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

o Document all maintenance and installation work performed.

o Prepare technical reports on the condition of units, including any observations or recommendations for performance improvement.

6. Collaboration with Other Teams:

o Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure the integration of air conditioning systems with other mechanical and electrical systems.

o Provide technical support in joint projects and analyze complex issues.

7. Safety Compliance:

o Adhere to all safety standards while performing tasks.

o Ensure that tools and equipment are used safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in HVAC or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in installing and maintaining central and split air conditioning systems.

• Strong knowledge of various air conditioning systems and cooling techniques.

• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and plans.

• Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks on time.
