We are hiring an experienced Central Kitchen Head Chef to lead and manage our central kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Syrian, Lebanese, and Jordanian cuisine, with the ability to manage production for large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen.
  • Develop and standardize recipes for all Middle Eastern dishes.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Monitor food cost, waste control, and production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with purchasing department for raw materials and inventory control.
  • Plan and execute menu items for mass production.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Arabic nationality (Syrian, Lebanese, Jordanian preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Middle Eastern cuisine.
  • Proven experience in central kitchen or large-scale catering.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume production.
  • Knowledge of HACCP & food safety procedures.
  • Creativity in menu development and maintaining authentic taste.
