Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Central Kitchen & Warehouse Manager
to oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen and Warehouse functions. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production coordination, inventory management, stock control, logistics support, food safety compliance, and smooth operational flow between the Central Kitchen, outlets, and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Central Kitchen and Warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Oversee inventory control, stock movement, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

Coordinate with outlet teams regarding production planning, dispatch schedules, and stock requirements.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and company operational standards.

Monitor wastage, stock variances, expiry management, and implement cost-control measures.

Supervise warehouse organization, logistics coordination, and timely deliveries to outlets/events.

Lead, train, and manage the Central Kitchen and Warehouse team to maintain operational discipline and performance.

Prepare operational reports, stock reports, and maintain proper documentation and records.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations departments for smooth workflow and stock planning.

Ensure preventive maintenance and proper handling of kitchen equipment and warehouse assets.
