Core purpose of the job: Review, analyze, regulate system generated depot fresh orders daily and fulfil related supportive assignments leading to continuous and optimized supply & allocation of Almarai fresh dairy, fresh juice, bakery fresh & grocery products to all category of routes in operation at the depot.

1. Accomplish daily central order activities - review and make required adjustments to best suitable levels before Sign Off.
2. Gain in depth knowledge of selling and offtake trend of fresh, grocery and long-life products of all geographical areas under the jurisdiction of the depot.
3. Monitor and coordinate initial seeding, allocation, and future order management of new products.
4. Analyze & recommend distribution strategy of new products. Review customers distribution improvement opportunities.
5. Direct co-ordination between depot area sales supervisor route order requirement with depot logistics team.

Requirements:

• Must be holding bachelor’s degree/Graduate in Commerce or Business Management.
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• 2 years management experience in business administration – FMCG.
• Excellent Mathematical ability.
• Experience on Team management.
• Must have competencies such as: Knowledge of promotional impact on commercial side of the business, knowledge on sales coordination activities, knowledge on sales trends, competitor activities, market execution, ability to set goals & objectives and accomplish task on strict timelines, proactive in setting direction & decision making.
