Job Summary
Leads the central planning function within the EPMO, overseeing integrated planning, scheduling, and performance management across construction and facility management programs to ensure alignment with strategic government objectives.
Main Responsibilities

Lead centralized planning and scheduling strategy across all projects

Oversee development and consolidation of master program schedules

Ensure alignment between project timelines, budgets, and strategic priorities

Establish planning standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks

Monitor portfolio performance, progress, and milestone achievement

Identify schedule risks and implement recovery and mitigation plans

Oversee reporting dashboards and executive performance updates

Coordinate with project teams, PMOs, and government stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in planning and project controls practices
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)

8 - 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within construction or infrastructure

Strong experience in government or large-scale program environments

Expertise in scheduling tools and portfolio performance management
-
Proven leadership in managing multi-project planning functions
