Job Summary:
Golden Madera Care Center in Madera, CA is seeking a Central Supply & Scheduler who will be responsible for coordinating facility supply orders and supporting the scheduling of nursing staff. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth facility operations by ensuring adequate supplies and consistent staffing coverage.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday – Friday

  • Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour (depending on experience)

Essential Functions:

Central Supply Responsibilities:

  • Account for products used in the previous 24 hours.

  • Print perpetual re-orders report and order products as needed.

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips, and re-stock supply rooms.

  • Conduct inventory spot checks to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Maintain organized records of all supplies received and distributed.

  • Send invoices promptly for payment and monitor monthly budgets.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Create and update the daily and weekly nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Track attendance, shift changes, call-offs, and schedule adjustments.

  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to staff.

  • Collaborate with department heads to balance staffing needs and labor costs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the scheduling system.

  • Provide support for new employee onboarding and shift assignments as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Healthcare or scheduling experience.

  • Required: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
