Role Overview

The Center Head will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operations of the Burdubai center. This includes driving student enrollments, ensuring high-quality academic delivery, managing team performance, and delivering an exceptional parent/student experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

• Own monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets
• Drive admissions across programs (CBSE, IGCSE, IB, JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET, SAT)
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, seminars, and school tie-ups
• Ensure optimal batch utilization and course mix

2. Academic Delivery & Student Outcomes

• Ensure high-quality, consistent academic delivery across batches
• Monitor student performance through tests, diagnostics, and feedback
• Maintain strong academic tracking and parent communication
• Ensure adherence to CL’s teaching methodology and standards

3. Team Management

• Lead and manage academic and BD teams at the center
• Set targets, track performance, and ensure accountability
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and motivation sessions
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct

4. Operations & Experience

• Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations
• Deliver excellent student and parent experience
• Handle escalations effectively and maintain retention
• Ensure proper scheduling, batch planning, and infrastructure readiness

5. Sales & Conversion Excellence

• Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into enrollments
• Guide parents on academic pathways and career options
• Ensure strong follow-up system and pipeline management
• Improve conversion ratios consistently

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to KHDA and internal policies
• Maintain accurate reports on sales, collections, and attendance
• Share daily/weekly/monthly MIS with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in education/edtech (preferred)
• Strong sales and business development capability
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and parent-handling skills
• Data-driven decision-making and ownership mindset

Preferred Profile

• Experience in coaching/tutoring institutes
• Understanding of UAE education landscape (CBSE, IGCSE, IB)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
