Preschool Centre Head – Job Description
Role Overview
The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management, growth, and smooth functioning of the preschool. They act as the leader, ensuring high standards of early childhood education, safety, and parent satisfaction while managing staff and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Administration
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool centre.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage admissions, fee collection, and centre finances.
- Academic & Curriculum
- Implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum.
- Ensure teaching quality and child development outcomes.
- Conduct regular teacher training and mentoring.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Parent Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents through meetings, events, and feedback sessions.
- Address concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Organize parent-teacher interactions and workshops.
- Centre Growth
- Drive enrolments through marketing and community outreach.
- Maintain centre reputation and visibility in the local area.
- Innovate programs and activities to attract families.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in preschool/early years management preferred.
- Training in child psychology or Montessori methods is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
