Job Title: Centre Business Manager

Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in Diagnostic.

Location: Kolkata (Basirhat/Malancha/Badartala/Mograhat/Barasat/Nabadwip)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
• Drive daily diagnostic revenue by: Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks, Engaging customer database through calls, Conducting hotspot activities
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services
• Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Diagnostics
• Able to read prescriptions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Target-driven with strong operational understanding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
