Job Description:

Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to be the face of our beauty and wellness training centres. The role involves counselling prospective students, promoting courses, and ensuring smooth admission closures through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer engagement.

You will be responsible for driving admissions through effective counselling, front office operations, cold calling, and planning/executing local marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries, and convert them into enrollments.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and local marketing activities.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure maximum closures.
• Coordinate with the training team and center head for seamless student onboarding.
• Manage front office activities, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of student data in MIS.
• Plan and execute monthly admission and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all operational and admission SOPs.
• Submit daily reports and updates to the Centre Head/ASH/BP

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly admission target achievement (conversion ratio of leads to admissions)
• Daily lead follow-up and call conversion rate
• Walk-in generation through outbound efforts
• Enquiry-to-registration conversion time
• Data accuracy and timely MIS reporting
• Participation and ROI from local marketing activities

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory); a background in sales or education preferred
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a pleasant personality
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or front office is an advantage
• Must have consultative capabilities
