Role Purpose
Accelerate premium and luxury leisure revenue across domestic KSA and GCC markets for both properties, focusing on FIT, luxury consortia, OTAs (selective), and affluent family/experiential travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of leisure agencies, luxury advisors (Virtuoso/SELECT/Serandipians as applicable), and top-producing OTAs.
- Design leisure offers across seasons, weekends, and holidays; package wellness programs (Miraval) and luxury resort experiences (Grand Hyatt).
- Conduct regular in-market visits, training, and webinar updates to trade partners; coordinate fam trips to Red Sea.
- Optimize distribution mix with Revenue and eCommerce; monitor parity, content, and partner merchandising.
- Convert small leisure groups and VVIP stays with bespoke itineraries (spa, activities, dining, yacht, air/ground).
- Deliver compelling proposals, handle objections, and secure deposits/contracts within policy.
- Maintain CRM hygiene; build 12–18 month leisure calendar and forecast.
KPIs
- Leisure room nights & revenue; segment ADR and channel mix quality.
- New partner activation and production growth YoY.
- Campaign ROI (trade offers/fam conversions).
- OTA cost of acquisition metrics & parity compliance.
