- Drive patient acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Manage inquiry handling, consultations, and follow-up conversions
- Ensure excellent patient experience and address service concerns
- Lead, guide, and train the counselling/sales team
- Monitor team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
- Coordinate with doctors and operations staff for smooth centre functioning
- Oversee front-desk, appointments, and daily workflow
- Execute local marketing initiatives and support digital/field campaigns
- Build tie-ups with clinics, doctors, and corporate partners
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Maintain data accuracy, patient confidentiality, and SOP compliance
