CEO’s Core Work & Deliverables

When hired, the CEO will:

Set company vision, mission & yearly growth roadmap.

Lead all department heads (Production, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance).

Build international partnerships and exports.

Approve and monitor budgets, pricing, and financial strategies.

Oversee brand expansion & product innovation.

Ensure high profitability and long-term sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in fashion/garments manufacturing and e-commerce operations.

Hands-on expertise with e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Shopify, Amazon) and social media marketing.

Proven ability in operations management, business scaling, and team leadership.

Financial planning, KPI setting, and reporting skills.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and market trend analysis capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
