About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated CEO Assistant to join our team at our Maltepe, Istanbul office.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO of Saint-Gobain Türkiye, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while supporting strategic priorities. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at C-level,
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong representation ability,
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously,
• High level of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards,

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritization of meetings,
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics,
• Manage email correspondence and official communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and accuracy,
• Act as a key liaison between the CEO, senior leadership team, and external stakeholders,
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion,
