CEO Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive support to the CEO (scheduling, meetings, correspondence).
  • Manage and oversee office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and executive documents.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA holder is a plus.
