- Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, acting as a trusted partner on all business matters.
- Manage and optimise complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with utmost efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and proofread confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise and coordinate board meetings, leadership off-sites, and other executive functions, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Conduct research, gather information, and support strategic decision-making as requested by the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Proactively anticipate needs, ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting the CEO’s priorities.
- Support various executive projects, manage deadlines, and assist with confidential HR or business matters as needed.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in dynamic, fast-paced international environments.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Discretion and maturity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Ability to work independently, adapt swiftly to change, and handle multiple priorities with calm efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating across international time zones and cultures.
- Demonstrated proactive approach, anticipating problems before they arise and offering creative solutions.
- Experience within global, multilingual, or technology-driven organisations is highly advantageous.
- Professionalism and a confident demeanour when representing senior leadership.
- Relevant Executive Assistant or business administration certifications would be a bonus.
