CEO Executive Assistant Experience from 5-10 Year
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Plan and coordinate special events, both internally and externally.

Assist with the creation and management of the CEO's budget and expenses.

Act as a point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, and other external partners.

Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO's efficiency and focus.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a CEO Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.

Proven ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
