CEO Executive Assistant

Located in Los Angeles, ECOBOXS Modular Technologies LLC specializes in the design, manufacturing, and local marketing of California ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), high-end aluminum alloy trailer chassis, and prefabricated modular buildings. Deeply rooted in the U.S. building materials and tiny home sectors, the company is expanding rapidly by leveraging offline trade shows, online new media matrices, and local key account channels. We are currently opening two core full-time positions.

Job Summary

  • Full support for CEO daily schedule, business meetings, client reception, document management and project follow-up.
  • Communicate with global & local clients, maintain customer relationships, follow business leads from exhibitions and online inquiries.
  • Fully operate all company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,LinkedIn).
  • Independently complete content writing, posting, account maintenance, message reply, traffic growth and lead sorting.

Requirement

  • Fluent in English & Chinese (Native Language level).
  • Experience in executive assistant, customer relations or social media management.
  • Self-disciplined, responsible, good communication skills.
  • Local LA resident preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
