The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for serving as the strategic right hand to the CEO, managing top-tier executive administrative functions, and acting as a critical filter for financial data with a strong financial and auditing background, featuring proven ability to audit complex financial reports, synthesize data into executive summaries, and ensure full operational and financial compliance.

Key Accountabilities
- Financial Auditing & Review: Review, audit, and analyze internal financial statements, budgets, and departmental reports submitted to the CEO to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Executive Summaries: Convert complex financial data, KPIs, and multi-page reports into concise, actionable executive summaries and visual presentations for the CEO's meetings and board presentations.
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and the CFO/Finance department, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up on financial deliverables.
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's high-level calendar, schedule strategic meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance & Risk Monitoring: Monitor organizational compliance with KSA financial regulations, internal policies, and audit recommendations, highlighting any anomalies or risks directly to the CEO.
- Office Budget Management: Oversee and audit the budget, expenses, and travel logistics for the CEO’s office, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably with a hybrid career path (e.g., spent years as a Financial Analyst/Internal Auditor and transitioned into Executive Support at a multinational or large group level).

Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-finance executives.
- Financial Acumen: Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, internal auditing principles, corporate governance, and budgeting.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (Data analysis, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) and corporate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
