We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our well-established Food & Beverage (F&B) chain. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the F&B industry, showcasing strategic leadership, business acumen, and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining our reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities to strengthen market position.
- Define and execute strategies that ensure sustainable and profitable expansion.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outlets, ensuring excellence in service and product quality.
- Implement operational systems and best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across all functions and departments.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure financial health by analyzing KPIs and taking corrective measures when needed.
- Lead initiatives to optimize profitability and cost management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Promote employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Build a high-performing organization aligned with company values.
- Oversee marketing and brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop innovative campaigns and promotions.

- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong focus on operations and financial management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success in P&L management, revenue growth, and multi-outlet operations.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging F&B trends.
