The Role: CEO Office Assistant

This is not a traditional assistant role.

It is a new generation position where you learn the dynamics of the CEO Office, understand how decisions are shaped, and experience both the strategic and operational sides of the business.

What you will do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily flow

• Consolidate reports from different departments and turn them into clear presentations

• Join CEO Office and CEO meetings, take notes, and track actions

• Prepare presentations and executive documents

• Organize business trips, events, and key meetings

• Facilitate communication and information flow inside the company

• Work closely with the CEO on both operational and analytical topics

Who we are looking for

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
