Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and monitoring annual budget
  • Monitoring the Head Office CAPEX budget
  • Managing and monitoring all voice and data lines across Türkiye, and ensuring asset records are updated
  • Handling the delivery and tracking of company mobile devices
  • Monitoring and reporting of travel allowances
  • Ensuring smooth execution of Head Office administrative processes, including:Food services, Office supplies and needs, Security, Cleaning.
  • Managing teams reporting to Administrative Affairs
  • Supporting the other departments in the meeting organization (service, food etc.)
  • Coordinating cargo operations
  • Coordinating and fulfilling Head Office material and supply requests
  • Organizing and monitoring company pool car usage
  • Supporting Occupational Health and Safety activities at the Head Office
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Facility Management
  • University Graduate
  • Strong knowledge of local legal requirements
  • Analytical and well organized
  • Excellence in using MS Office Programs, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and inter-personal
