Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain an efficient digital and physical filing system for document archiving.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all pending tasks and deadlines are tracked and completed on time.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, invoice handling, and expense tracking.
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of document management and archiving systems.
  • Very good English (written and spoken). Arabic is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
