CEO Planning and Excellence Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
Support CEO Office.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage CEO’s Calendar
  • Track action items from CEO meetings.
  • Maintain organized documentation for governance and reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely reporting submissions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and validation before reporting

  • Basic Data Analysis & Reporting – Basic
  • KPI Tracking & Documentation – Basic
  • Basic Knowledge of Power BI or Dashboard Tools – Basic
  • Organizational & Documentation Skills – Proficient

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field


Experience and Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
  • Very well organized with strong attention to detail
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong work ethics and professionalism
