CEO Secretary / Executive Secretary

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional CEO Secretary / Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and business appointments
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external clients
  • Organize office files, documents, and executive reports
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Preferred candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred
