This is a first or early-stage CEO opportunity for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, lead a lean team of 8-10, and transform operational complexity into a competitive advantage using AI, automation, and smart systems. How You Can Make an Impact

Drive Profitable Growth

  • Double EBITDA from $2M to $4M+ over 5 years through strategic pricing, client acquisition, and operational leverage
  • Maintain a >60% dividend payout ratio while keeping client churn below 5%
  • Make the numbers work-then make them better

Build a High-Performance Engine

  • Turn good operators into great leaders; develop A Players into ownership-level thinkers
  • Create accountability systems that work across internal and outsourced teams
  • Make yourself replaceable by building leadership depth

Scale Without Breaking Things

  • Prepare systems to onboard 1,000+ new funds in 24 months with minimal FTE growth
  • Lead 3+ major efficiency initiatives (think: AI-powered workflows, seamless integrations, process automation)
  • Navigate compliance like a pro: finalise ASIC/AFSL strategy and implement legal recommendations with confidence
