The OpportunityProvides high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO Office. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and strategic support tasks, often operating independently with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, and the ability to engage empathetically with stakeholders across all levels of the Agency.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Executive Assistant must be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, often working under tight deadlines while maintaining a professional and approachable manner. The role demands strong coordination skills, the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Working closely with the Director, CEO Office and other members of the CEO Office, the Senior Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the CEO's objectives and broader Agency priorities. This includes managing complex scheduling, preparing briefing materials, coordinating communications, and facilitating joined up collaboration across business units to reinforce the Agency's strategic cohesion and culture.
