As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Sovereign Portfolio Company, you will serve as the strategic leader tasked with guiding the organization to achieve its long-term goals. Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of executive experience in senior management or leadership roles within sovereign wealth funds, investment firms, or related financial institutions.

  • Strong understanding of international economics, financial markets, investment trends, and the geopolitical factors influencing sovereign investments.
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of successfully engaging with a wide array of stakeholders, including government officials, board members, and international investment communities.
  • Extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and adherence to regulatory frameworks pertinent to sovereign investment operations.
