Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in MoEngage and other Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs) to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for retail clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, configure, and launch multi-channel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App) using MoEngage and similar CEP tools.
- Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
- Design automated customer journeys, triggers, and personalization flows.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, conversions, retention, and revenue impact.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and tech teams for campaign assets and integrations.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and proper event tracking setup.
- Support retail clients with campaign strategy recommendations and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with MoEngage or similar CEP platforms (e.g., WebEngage, CleverTap, Braze, Iterable).
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience handling campaigns for retail or eCommerce clients.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Basic understanding of APIs, event tracking, and CRM integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices.
- Certification in any CEP platform is an advantage.
