Position: Ceramic Mason (Finishing)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, and other tile materials on floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Perform surface preparation including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives/mortars.
• Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and in tight spaces using power and hand tools.
• Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials to ensure clean, smooth, and uniform tile finishes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Repair damaged or cracked tiles and perform refinishing work when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Ceramic Mason or Tile Finisher.
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, layouts, and measurements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of waterproofing systems.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential construction environments.
