- Start-up Agility: Bring your ideas and energy - your actions will directly shape the company’s culture and impact.
- Field-Based Impact: Regular farm visits across Gujarat and neighboring states will put you at the heart of sustainable agriculture transformation.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, deliver, and evaluate farmer and FPO (Farmer Producer Organization) training programs on regenerative agriculture.
- Maintain digital and physical documentation, including field books, certification records, and traceability logs.
- Proactively manage field risks: identify and deploy corrective actions related to non-compliance or supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, agronomy, processing, and quality teams to ensure optimal farm-to-factory operations.
- Travel extensively to deliver on-site farmer and FPO training programs on regenerative and organic agriculture practices.
- Build and nurture on-ground relationships with partner farmers and stakeholders.

- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, communication, and people skills—ready to thrive in a start-up environment.
- Authentic passion for sustainable agriculture and social/environmental impact.
