Available Schedule: Part-time. Friday-Monday, 2pm-10pm & Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care within the guidelines of state law and Vista Winds policies and procedures

· Assist all residents with and document the administration of medication to residents under supervision of licensed nurse and in strict compliance with state regulations and physician’s orders

· Able to preform care documentation

· Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures

· Attend all required in-service training

· Comply with and understand all resident rights

· Communicate all pertinent information to L.P.N and RCC

· Communicate with oncoming shift to ensure follow through of duties

· Report unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately

· Other duties as assigned
