We are seeking professional and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide continuous in‑home support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with an individualized Plan of Care.

- Currently seeking multiple full-time, part-time, weekend only, PRN, and on call positions. Various shift types: days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

What we are looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma.
- Graduate of a state-approved CHHA program
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to remain in the client's home for extended live-in shifts
- Mandatory: Current, active certification: Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Seeking coverage in multiple counties in South Jersey (Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Personal Care Services
Home Management & Daily Living Support
Companionship & Client Engagement
Health‑Related Tasks (Within NJ CHHA Scope of Practice)
Salary Range (negotiable):
Personal Care Services
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide incontinence care and support skin integrity
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Perform range‑of‑motion exercises as directed by the supervising RN
Home Management & Daily Living Support
- Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
- Support household routines and daily structure
Companionship & Client Engagement
- Provide social interaction and emotional support
- Encourage participation in activities, hobbies, and cognitive engagement
- Offer respite support to family caregivers when applicable
Health‑Related Tasks (Within NJ CHHA Scope of Practice)
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the supervising RN
- Record vital signs
- Document daily care activities accurately and promptly
Salary Range (negotiable):
- Entry level: 18.00 to 20.00
- Experienced: 20.00 to 26.00
